MODULAR SLUG-VAYOR® – for die scrap handling needs.

Strong, lightweight construction allows you to reposition this conveyor into other dies as needed.

SLUG-VAYOR® Wardcraft’s low profile Slug-Vayor® is available in single or multiple units and designed primarily to remove slugs / parts / scrap from beneath the dies in punch presses. By carrying away all punched material, Slug-Vayor® permits continuous press or machinery operations. Designed for heavy duty operations.

Features include: Versatile Set-Up – can be used in OBI and straight side presses Beds are available in lengths from 1 to 20 feet (or as required) Widths from 1 to 60 inches in 1/8-inch increments	Standard heights of the top sides is 3/4-inch – higher sides are available Eight different motor mounts Air motors and variable speed controls are offered

XLP (EXTRA LOW PROFILE) Wardcraft’s EXTRA low profile XLP features a 1 inch profile with belt widths ranging from 2 to 12 inches wide and lengths from 1 foot to 8 feet. This conveyor is used for light duty applications where a lower profile is required.

TRAY-VAYOR 2™ PART OR SCRAP CONVEYOR The Tray-Vayor 2™ is an air-operated, beltless conveying system designed to remove parts or scrap from a press die. Features include:
Low cost alternative to expensive motorized, belt-type systems Versatile and easy to install Trays can be unbolted and replaced with trays of different widths and lengths Maintenance requirements minimized	Available in three sizes – can handle parts from 1.6 lbs. to 9 lbs. No belts to replace Restricted space applications Seperate operating modules and controls


MAGNA-VAYOR The Magnet Slide Conveyor uses permanent magnetic power to move steel chips, scrap or parts from one point to another. The magnets are mounted on oversized roller chain that is guided on manganese tracks. There is an extremely reliable lubrication system which maximizes conveyor life and promotes smooth, quiet operations. The magnets are permanently charged and totally enclosed in stainless steel. Features include:
