Bolster Extension
Load/unload dies outside the press, then slide them into position.
Bolster extensions in quick die change are cantilevered sections that extend the press bolster (the surface the die rests on) to facilitate easier die loading and unloading, especially when using forklifts or cranes. They allow dies to be positioned outside the press and then pushed or pulled into the die space.
